We’re just a bunch of big softies here at Holler really. Nothing gets us blubbering into our bandanas like a small-town boy with a heart of gold telling the girl of his dreams just how much she means to him. So it’s no surprise that Tayler Holder has us in the palm of his hands with his beautiful new song, ‘Marry You.’
Our bottom lips were already trembling as soon as the gentle piano intro began, and once Tayler’s gorgeous blue-eyed country voice came in our hearts had completely melted.
“One day I’m going to get on one knee with a ring and some roses,” Tayler sings, his voice reminiscent of Hunter Hayes or Devin Dawson. “Give you a letter that you’ll read when you’re older / Pour out my heart and tell you everything you mean to me.”
Maybe it’s the cold January nights and wanting to be cuddled up with a loved one in front of a nice warm fire or maybe it’s knowing that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, but romance is definitely in the air.
“I wrote this song about meeting an individual and falling in love with them,” Tayler explained to us. “Finding someone I can spend those special moments with for the rest of my life. Getting married and starting a family has always been something I’ve wanted, and I think this song exemplifies that. I truly can’t wait till I meet the girl that makes this come true for me and I hope that my audience can feel the same emotions I do when I hear this song.”
When Tayler does eventually meet her, she’s going to be one lucky girl. ‘Marry You’ is premiering exclusively at Holler below.
Outside of music, many may know Tayler from his viral success on TikTok where he has over 20 million followers, but now he’s doubling down on his love of music and making that his first priority as he gets ready to release ‘Marry You’.
Having grown up outside of Dallas in a small town called Alvarado, after finishing high school via homeschooling Tayler moved out to California to follow his dreams to be an entertainer, and started to create content for Instagram and Musical.ly. He quickly grew his popularity on the platforms with his viral lip sync videos as well as his daily lifestyle content.
