Zach Bryan made a surprise appearance during Trampled By Turtles’ headlining set at Levitate Flannel Jam in Marshfield, Massachusetts to perform his iconic anthem, ‘Revival’.
The rowdy, raucous track, which appeared on the Oklahoma singer-songwriter's lauded 2020 sophomore album, Elisabeth, usually serves as the grand finale to Zach's live shows.
‘Revival’ is also the moment Zach Bryan tends to bring out any special guests that he has waiting in the wings. This time around, though, the roles were reversed, with Zach the one to come out during Trampled By Turtles’ set for an electric rendition of ‘Revival’.
Endearingly, before launching into the opening verses, Zach Bryan paid tribute to the Trampled By Turtles crew, who supported Zach for much of his 2023 Burn, Burn, Burn run.
The ‘Something in the Orange’ hitmaker underlined, “These truly are some of the kindest people I've ever met in my entire life. I've been listening to them since I was 18 years old”.
As is always to be expected whenever Zach Bryan delivers a live performance of ‘Revival’, he was at his energetic best, with the ‘Pink Skies’ crooner's weighty vocal delivery combining with the Trampled By Turtles’ accompaniment for a spellbinding rendition.
Zach Bryan is currently in the middle of a brief hiatus from his 2024 Quittin’ Time tour, with the chart-topping folk-country star due to return to the road in November for his Canadian leg. During his break so far, Zach has been taking the opportunity to work on new music, treating fans to an unreleased snippet last night (October 13th).
