It's not even been a month since Morgan Wallen concluded his explosive I'm the Problem stadium tour in Edmonton, Canada - but we're already itching to get back out there under the floodlights and hear the Sneedville megastar reeling off hits such as ‘Whiskey Glasses’, ‘Love Somebody’ and ‘What I Want’ to a sold-out crowd.
There's been no official confirmation regarding details of what Wallen has planned for 2026, but the ‘Kick Myself’ crooner hinted at a potential global tour earlier in the year.
For instance, when Wallen announced a one-night-only show at London's Roundhouse back in May, fans that pre-ordered the new album but didn't manage to secure tickets received a message assuring them they'd be automatically entered into the forthcoming “Pre-Sale for Morgan Wallen's 2026 UK live shows”.
Australian fans received a similar message referencing “yet to be announced 2026 Australian live dates”, which suggests Wallen might be embarking on a world tour next year.
Of course, it's possible that Wallen's plans have since changed, or that these 2026 UK and Australian shows were not 100% set in stone. We're keeping our fingers crossed they are, though, and that the country titan unveils a world tour in the coming weeks.
If Wallen does have his sights set on Australia, the UK and Europe, there's no question he has the streaming might to sell out stadiums this time around. In 2024, Wallen headlined arenas in Europe, and the previous year, he did the same Down Under.
Since then, his status has only increased, with the ‘Broadway Girls’ genre-blender now one of the biggest artists on the planet, and undoubtedly the most popular country act.
We imagine another US and Canada tour will be on the books, regardless, with Wallen's 10-city I'm the Problem Tour feeling brief compared to the expansive runs of past years.
As for new music, as much as we'd love another album in 2026, Wallen tends to take his time in-between releases, and we reckon he'll let fans sit with I'm the Problem for another year - especially given the fact that it was a colossal 37-songs long.
And it's safe to say this is plenty of music to tide us over until we finally get news of Wallen's 2026 touring plans, which will hopefully be dropping in the coming weeks.
It's the time of year when it feels like new tour announcements are arriving on an almost daily basis, so we imagine it won't be long before the ‘Thought You Should Know’ singer-songwriter sheds light on next year's schedule. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the UK, Europe and Australia are still in Wallen's crosshairs.
