After seven weeks vying for the top slot, Thomas Rhett and Niall Horan's 'Old Tricks' has just jumped to No. 1 on the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart, where they were at No. 5 just last week.
During the frame dated Nov. 28 through Dec. 4, the unlikely collaboration garnered 1.18 million impressions across 88 plays, besting the current No. 2 song and the chart's recent frontrunner, Ella Langley's 'Choosin' Texas'.
'Old Tricks' is a revamped version of an already well-loved TR hit, which originally featured Blake Shelton back in 2024. The Horan-assisted track reappeared on the 'Die A Happy Man' star's About A Woman (Deluxe) album this past October and has since made a splash among fans.
Rounding out this week's UK Country Radio Airplay Top Five is Russell Dickerson's 'Worth Your Wild', Shaboozey & Jelly Roll's 'Amen' and Lainey Wilson's 'Somewhere Over Laredo' at No. 3, 4 and 5 respectively.
A surprising leap came from Taylor Swift this week when her 'Back To December (Taylor's Version)' entered the Top 50. The icon's Speak Now offering from 2010 currently sits at No. 48 on the chart.
The chart also saw several new entries this week, with the Top 50 welcoming Walker Hayes' 'Fancy Like Christmas' (No. 33) and The Brothers Landreth's 'Knuckles' (No. 50).
