Post Malone treated an intimate gathering of fans to a stripped-back performance in Los Angeles, California, during the launch party for UGG's new Feel House pop-up store.
The ‘I Had Some Help’ hitmaker has curated the new space, which offers customers an immersive retail experience, customisation features and more, all pivoting around the UGG shoe range.
During the opening day celebration, Post Malone took to the stage for an acoustic set, which included the much-loved country version of his double-Diamond smash, ‘Sunflower’.
Usually taking on a hazy, trap-infused ambience, ‘Sunflower’ - which originally features Swae Lee - served as the lead single from the 2018 Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack.
Post Malone's intricate performance consolidates the bearded crooner's move away from the rap and indie world and into country music, with Posty donning a cowboy hat and traditional flannel shirt for the set. Earlier in the new UGG campaign, Post Malone appeared alongside a horse in a Wild West-themed advertisement for the boot firm.
Post Malone is currently taking time off the road, following the conclusion of his hugely popular F-1Trillion tour in Austin, Texas in late October, during which the ‘Guy For That’ singer-songwriter has been performing a series of countrified renditions of past hits, including the likes of ‘Rockstar’, ‘Circles’, ‘Chemical’ and ‘Candy Paint’.
This Wednesday (November 20th), Post Malone will feature at the CMA Awards for the second time, with Posty due to deliver a hotly anticipated duet with Chris Stapleton. The duo will be performing one of the many stand-outs from Post Malone's debut country album, F-1Trillion (Long Bed), the Southern Rock-infused ‘California Sober’.
