“Dress Of My Dreams”: Megan Moroney Shares a Behind-the-Scenes Look at Her ‘Cloud 9’ Artwork and Teaser Video

Earlier this week, Megan Moroney echoed Audrey Hepburn's famous adage, “I believe in pink”, as she unveiled the colour theme and details of her third studio album, Cloud 9.

The artwork for the project - which drops on February 20th, 2026 - features a striking image of Moroney climbing up a ladder towards the heavens, with hazy, pink-hued clouds surrounding her. Her dress is styled to flow seamlessly into the backdrop.

The visuals were devised and executed by Moroney alongside her Art and Creative Director, Cece Dawson, and photographer Amber Asaly. They capture the seemingly joyful, dreamlike feel that the Georgia native has been hinting at for this next album.

In a new TikTok video, Moroney has offered fans a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the Cloud 9 cover, as well as the teaser video shared ahead of the big reveal.

The teaser clip featured Moroney walking through a room painted the blue of her previous era, Am I Okay?, before opening the windows and looking out onto a pink landscape.

It symbolised the transition from Am I Okay? blue to Cloud 9 pink, and Moroney has offered us an insight into how this window-scene was filmed in her new TikTok BTS montage. Moroney showcases the bright, vibrant pink set design, with the flower-adorned window planted centre-stage, as well as a few new angles of her outfit.

As for the dress on the Cloud 9 cover art, the ‘Heaven By Noon’ singer-songwriter again hints at the blissful, dream-like ambience that is rumoured to underpin her next album. In the caption to the BTS clip, Moroney gushes, “dress of my dreams”.

It's yet another prime example of how on-point and carefully curated Moroney's visuals and creative direction always are, with each new album being represented by a distinct colour change. We've had the already-released singles on repeat, and we can't wait to hear the full project when it arrives early next year...
