As the anticipation continues to build ahead of his fourth album, I'm the Problem, Morgan Wallen has shared a stellar acoustic rendition of his recently released single, Just in Case’.
Fans and artists alike have immediately taken to the comments to gush over the stripped-back take on Morgan Wallen's infectious, heartbroken offering, with country-rap genre-blender Lathan Warlick praising, “Yesssss 🔥!! Crazy dogggg!!” while singer-songwriter Devin Dawson toasted Wallen's vocals, quipping, “voKILLZ”.
Similarly, legendary NFL quarterback, Tom Brady, has stressed just how much he enjoyed Morgan Wallen's soulful ‘Just in Case‘ performance, with the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers titan sharing his excitement via the acronym, “LFGGG”.
We always love it when Morgan Wallen decides to serve up an acoustic take on one of his tracks, with these kinds of videos allowing the spotlight to fall on the ‘Love Somebody’ chart-topper's enchanting delivery. In this clip, Wallen's signature drawl floats across the intimate strum of his guitar, with the intricacy of the arrangement accentuating the visceral emotion he laces into each forlorn lyric.
While we were being enchanted by the sparseness of the composition, hilariously, Seth England, the head of Morgan Wallen's label, Big Loud, poked fun at the sparseness of the background. England light-heartedly teased, “Im buying you some wall art”.
‘Just in Case’, which arrived on March 21st, is set to appear on Morgan Wallen's keenly awaited fourth studio album, I'm the Problem. The full project drops on May 16th, 2025, coinciding with the opening day of Wallen's inaugural Sand in My Boots Festival in Alabama.
Alongside the blockbuster ‘I Ain't Comin‘ Back’ with Morgan Wallen's good friend and ‘I Had Some Help’ collaborator, Post Malone, I'm the Problem will include a star-studded array of features, such as Tate McRae, Eric Church, HARDY and ERNEST.
