Noah Kahan has added a blockbuster show at Cardiff's Blackweir Fields to his roster of 2025 UK and European summer dates, with the ‘Stick Season’ hitmaker bringing his arsenal of folk-leaning anthems to the expansive Wales venue on June 27th.
Tickets go general on-sale on Friday, February 28th at 9:30am local time, with the support roster expected to be unveiled in the coming weeks. £1 from each ticket sold to the Blackweir Fields show will be donated to Noah Kahan's mental health foundation, The Busyhead Project. Last year, Kahan revealed that he'd raised over £2.5 million for the organisation during his We'll All Be Here Forever Tour.
The ‘Northern Attitude’ singer-songwriter will be taking the stage at Blackweir Fields as part of a brand new summer concert series at the outdoor venue, with the Kings of Leon following in Noah Kahan's footsteps with a sprawling show there on June 29th.
The exciting unveiling comes after Noah Kahan confirmed he'd be headlining BST Hyde Park on July 4th, along with a momentous show at Dublin's Marlay Park earlier that same month. Unsurprisingly, given Kahan's status as one of the biggest names in the contemporary folk scene, both of these concerts have already sold out.
We're hoping Noah Kahan might have a new album for us by the time he kicks off his summer run of dates, with the Vermont chart-topper continuing to tease unreleased music via socials.
During his high-energy performances at Out of the Blue Festival, for instance, Noah Kahan introduced an array of brand new tracks into the setlist, including ‘Doors’, ‘Pain Eater’ and ‘Porch Light’. After the explosion in popularity Kahan has deservingly received from his Stick Season era, his follow-up will no doubt be one of the most eagerly anticipated projects of 2025 - and we can't wait to sing along to all the new tracks and a plethora of older fan-favourites at Blackweir Fields this summer.
