Lainey Wilson, Thomas Rhett and Cody Johnson have been unveiled as the blockbuster headliners for The Country Fest 2024, with Priscilla Block, Rhett Akins and Nate Smith also set to perform.
It's an impressive line-up that'll no doubt delight regular attendees at the North Lawrence, Ohio festival, which is quickly building a reputation for consistently drawing top-tier talent.
At last year's event, for instance, the likes of Kane Brown, Jon Pardi and Sam Hunt headlined, with support coming from Tyler Hubbard, Lauren Alaina, Chase Rice, Dustin Lynch and more.
It's exciting to see Thomas Rhett's father, Rhett Akins, sharing the bill with the ‘Angels (Don't Always Have Wings)’ chart-topper. Given the fact that Akins and Rhett have penned a number of hits together, The Country Fest 2024 ticket-holders will be hoping the two Georgia natives take the stage together for a special joint performance.
Lainey Wilson is another high-profile addition to the 2024 line-up, with the ‘Watermelon Moonshine’ songsmith having emerged as one of the genre's biggest stars over the past 12 months.
Fans will be looking forward to hearing an array of highlights from Lainey's acclaimed 2022 album, Bell Bottom Country, such as ‘Heart Like A Truck’, ‘Grease’ and ‘Hillbilly Hippie’. The Louisiana singer-songwriter recently gave listeners a taste of what they can expect from her upcoming performances by releasing a live version of ‘Smell Like Smoke’, another stand-out from Bell Bottom Country.
