Koe Wetzel has just shared the tracklist for his upcoming album, 9 Lives.
The 13-song record – set to feature previously released hits 'Sweet Dreams', '9 Lives (Black Cat)', 'Damn Near Normal' and the Jessie Murph-assisted 'High Road' – will make space for songs with liquor-bent and hell-fired names like 'Casamigos', 'Runnin’ Low' and 'Last Outlaw Alive'.
While some of the songs' titles seem to align with Wetzel's party animal image, the artist has said, on 9 Lives, fans will become acquainted with someone different from the "sex, drugs, and rock & roll Koe that they may have heard about online.”
“I want fans to know that there’s a different side of me,” the artist offered, explaining, “I’ve grown up a little bit. I’m no longer the 20-year-old kid that’s partying down and getting thrown in jail all the time. 9 Lives reveals a vulnerable side that people may not be used to hearing.”
9 Lives arrives July 19, the day fans will meet the different sides of the star.
Soon after, the artist will embark on his Damn Near Normal tour, traversing the United States with stops mapped for Pennsylvania, the Carolinas, Kansas, Ohio, Missouri, Georgia, Alabama and beyond. He will then set his sights for the UK and Europe.
