“After Months in Silence, We're Ready”: Kenny Chesney Confirms He's Finished His New Book, ‘HEART*LIFE*MUSIC’, with Holly Gleason

After announcing his first ever book earlier in the year, Kenny Chesney and his co-writer, Holly Gleason, have now confirmed they've completed it, HEART*LIFE*MUSIC.
It's exciting news for No Shoes Nation, with Kenny Chesney touching on how rich and nostalgic he's found the experience of reflecting on his storied career with Holly Gleason. Now that the project is finished, with HEART*LIFE*MUSIC in its final stages of rewrites and edits, Chesney and Gleason will share an insightful, live-streamed conversation via TalkShopLive.com on Tuesday, June 24th and 7pm ET.
The ‘I Go Back’ hitmaker explains why this felt like the perfect outlet, with fans able to submit their own questions to Chesney during the stream, “We have been working on this since last fall, and we’ve been so busy doing the work of bringing this book to life, neither of us has slowed down to really think about what it means. So now that we’re in the final phases of HEART*LIFE*MUSIC, it seems like a great time to not just talk about it but respond to the people’s questions about this story”.
The country legend goes on to reiterate how he previously maintained that he wouldn't go through this process, “I always said I’d never write a book, and now here we are. And I have to admit: I’m really glad I did it. I remembered moments, connected dots and laughed a lot about some of the places I’ve been. When you’re so busy going forward, you don’t always realize. Being in the revision and copy-editing part of the process, I am so grateful and fired up for the journey”.
The ‘There Goes My Life’ crooner movingly expands, “Now that we’re done, I wanted to talk about it. I wanted to tell people, but even more, I wanted to know what they wanted to know or were thinking about this book.
