Last night, Jade Bird performed her hit single ‘Headstart’ on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
The performance, which took place at RCA Studios in Nashville, followed the announcement that Bird would be performing a ticketed live-stream event from the studio on February 13th.
The energetic single is currently number 1 at Americana and NonComm radio, and The Tonight Show performance was a taster of what’s to come from Bird, as she plans the release of her second album, which was produced by Dave Cobb.
This live-streamed event will be a chance for fans both in the UK and US to get a first-listen of the new material from her up-coming album which was recorded at the infamous studio.
Speaking of the show, Bird stated “I’ve had enough of not performing. If I can’t come to your city, I’m bringing my show to you.”
The performance will feature the recently-released singles ‘Headstart’ and ‘Houdini’ which Jade first shared at the end of 2020.
There will be a UK showing of the performance at 8pm GMT and a US stream at 8pm ET.
