Gabriella Rose Is At It Again: When Will She Release Her New Viral Song 'Necklace'?

Much like she did at the tail end of 2024, country riser Gabriella Rose is making a splash across TikTok, this time thanks to her unreleased song, 'Necklace.'

The Idaho native, who saw a wave of success in November with her viral tune, 'Doublewide,' first teased the snippet at the beginning of the month, and its origins are a little rocky.

On March 1, Rose showed off an unreleased demo called 'Falling For You,' a Texas dance hall swayer about falling head over boots. With the caption reading, "I wrote this song before I went [through] his phone," signaling the end of their romance, fans were quick to ask for the follow-up.

Enter: 'Necklace.'

Now proudly in her "heartbreak era," Rose has offered a first taste of love-scorned country excellence and fans can't get enough.

Seemingly talking to her no good ex about the new guy she's entertaining, it's a sassy, sizzling clap back to being done dirty with Rose crooning at the end of the chorus: "He's kissing on me, finally picked a winner / You can't fill his Tecovas, baby, cause they're bigger."

Set against a bright and simple beat with a bluesy acoustic guitar, synthy beat and a steady tambourine, 'Necklace' is a vibey little number that finds Rose at her most playful and confident as she makes sure that ole what's his face knows what he's missing.

"Back talk, I know you ain't about to back talk / Bring me on up to bat and let me cat walk / Swing, three strikes you're out / Let's bring a little tailgate action to the dugout," she sings to kick off the song's second verse before dropping absolute bombshells about her ex.

"Calling up your roster, booked a trip to broad city / Cause you'll do anything that moves, it's true you ain't picky / Now you think you're big time cause you're on a salary / I'm sorry but you'll never buy a better personality," Rose quips before adding what we can assume is the first line of the chorus, "Mmm, watch my necklace swing."

In just a matter of about two weeks, 'Necklace,' which was never even seemingly intended to be posted, has already garnered upwards of 5,500 user-generated videos on TikTok, with the two videos that Rose has posted nabbing nearly three million views combined at the time of reporting.

While Rose hasn't given any hint at a release date in the short time since first posting 'Necklace,' she took to socials to say, "THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE LOVE ON THIS SONG!!!!!! I [love] all of u so much !!!!!!! this one might have to make it out of demo jail."

Until then, we'll be keeping our fingers crossed that its stay in demo jail is a short one.
