The new track will be released on Friday, September 29, as part of Thomas Rhett's ‘20 Number Ones’ compilation.
The run of shows will also feature support from Jon Pardi, Bailey Zimmerman, Nate Smith, Bryan Martin, Ella Langley and Lauren Watkins.
The ‘Til You Can't’ hitmaker will perform across California, Arizona, Tennessee, Kansas and more.
The two chart-toppers wrote the reflective song together back in 2020.
