During their impromptu show at Los Angeles’ Desert 5 Spot last night (July 22nd), Zac Brown Band surprised the intimate crowd with the live debut of ‘Let It Run’ with Snoop Dogg.

The laid-back, marijuana-inspired anthem, which arrived on Friday (July 18th), finds Zac and Snoop trading playful verses as they encourage anyone who smokes with them to chill out, and not stress so much about the nitty gritty details of the blunt.

Snoop's emergence on-stage was greeted with a chorus of cheers from the packed-out audience. The legendary rapper sauntered next to Zac with his ever-present joint in his hand, before delivering his quick-fire, cascading verse with his typical swagger.

Elsewhere during the hit-filled set, Zac Brown Band serenaded the adoring crowd with beloved earworms such as ’Chicken Fried’, ‘Knee Deep’ and ‘Homegrown’, as well as treating the audience to a stunning cover of Queen's ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.

The show was announced a mere matter of hours before the doors opened, with this special, one-night-only event being free for fans. It ensures the anticipation remains sky-high ahead of Zac Brown Band's forthcoming studio album, Love & Fear.

As well as ‘Let It Burn’ with Snoop Dogg, Love & Fear will feature the previously released single, ‘I Ain't Worried About It’, along with a blockbuster duet with Dolly Parton, ‘Butterfly’, and the band's second link-up with Marcus King, ‘Hard Run’. King joined forces with Zac Brown Band and Jamey Johnson for ‘Stubborn Pride’, one of the highlights from the nine-piece's 2021 deluxe album, The Comeback.

Having been a staple of the country music landscape for almost two decades, Zac Brown Band are showing no signs of slowing down, with the chart-topping group coinciding the release of Love & Fear with the launch of their Sphere Las Vegas residency of the same name. 2025 promises to be a momentous year for Zac and the gang, and we can't wait to see what they have in store for their eighth studio album.
