It's been quite the banner past couple of months for South Alabama band The Red Clay Strays.
With their song 'Wondering Why' absolutely blowing up in viral popularity on TikTok, the group have gone from strength to strength, finding new audiences at every turn with their brand of rock n' roll and country soul.
Such demand has found a new peak this peak with the announcement of three back-to-back headline shows at the iconic Ryman Auditorium on September 4,5 and 6.
"This has been a dream of ours and we hope you can be there to be part of it," the band shared in an announcement to Instagram. Joining them in support for the shows will be Taylor Hunnicutt and Aaron Raitiere on the 4th, Nolan Taylor and The Castellows on the 5th and Holler favourite Pony Bradshaw and Ben Chapman on the 6th.
The shows have all sold out during their pre-sales, with the band following up with another post on Instagram, saying "Cannot thank y'all enough! Selling out three night in less than 5 hours... that was unthinkable to us".
The band, formed of Brandon Coleman, Drew Nix, Zach Rishel, Andrew Bisho and John Hall, self-released their debut album, Moment of Truth, in 2022.
The show currently closes out their 2024 tour, with the group spending the first six months of the year out on the road. The announcement also follows the unveiling this past week that they will headline Laurel Cove Music Festival - alongside Wyatt Flores - in Kentucky in June.
