It appears Muscadine Bloodline have officially buttoned up their next album.
In a sparse, but promising post on social media, the Mobile, Alabama-formed duo – made up of Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton – alerted fans of the news.
"Our next record is finished," they wrote plainly on X, adding, "Best thing we’ve ever done."
Fans rushed to comment on the post, sharing their elation and anticipation for what's to come.
"Alright let’s hear it!" one user exclaimed with others mimicking, "I can't wait!!" Another fan noted, "The last one is going to be hard to beat, fellas..," with someone else agreeing, "Teenage Dixie was perfect."
This upcoming project will act as the follow up to their 2023 studio release, Teenage Dixie, and their surprise EP of covers, Teenage Angst.
While information about the new record is currently scarce, 2024 has already seen the twosome tease plenty of fresh music. In fact, an impending batch of songs, titled 'Earle Byrd From Mexia' and 'Mary Riley', is set to arrive on March 22. The pair of tracks will follow their early 2024 release, 'Have Faith in Me', featuring Drayton Farley.
Whether or not these tracks will accompany the newly completed album is not yet known.
Muscadine Bloodline is currently in the midst of their Low Hangin' Fruit Tour, a quick 11-city stint that will see them on the road through March into early April.
Their next stop is the iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville where they will be joined by their recent collab partner Farley.
