Muscadine Bloodline may just be one of the biggest cult bands in country today.
Between them and Treaty Oak Revival, they have some of the most die-hard fans in the genre, perhaps more dedicated than some of the biggest stars in the game.
When it comes to streams, they punch pretty high - 'Pieces', 'Can't Tell You No' and 'Me On You' range anywhere between 50m - 95m streams a piece on Spotify, while 'Porch Swing Angel' has become an undeniable anthem, with 116m listens and counting.
The Mobile, AL group have now dropped a super-limited edition 6-track vinyl, a release of which only 800 copies were made available. If you were hoping to get your hands on one ahead of everyone else, I'm afraid you're right out of luck - those babies flew out of the store in a mad 46 minutes upon going on sale.
"The Supply Drop isn't just some songs that didn't make The Coastal Plain,", the duo explained in an announcement to social media. "It represents its continuation, while serving as glimpse of what's coming next, built on one key component... Your Trust".
"Our goal has never been to the biggest", they continued. "Our sole goal is to simply bring you our best. Trusting us to give you music worth buying, that you haven't heard before is a big ask. But, trust is something we don't take lightly, especially when it comes to the craft".
While their popularity and recognition as a band has certainly grown exponentially in 2024, Muscadine have always carried a cult like support and adoration around them, ever since the release of 'Porch Swing Angel' back in 2016. This release feels like a thank you note to those that have supported them since the beginning, as well as a reminder of just how dedicated their support is at this level.
It tops off a pretty stellar year for the group. 'The Coastal Plain' was released to immediate critical acclaim back in August, with '10-90' and 'Weyerhaeuser Land' cementing themselves as Song of the Year contenders.
That was quickly followed by the announcement that the duo had been hand-picked to support Post Malone on his huge F-1 Trillion US Stadium Tour, a set of shows which have no doubt introduced them to thousands of new listeners in recent weeks.
The duo have closed out the year in style, and we can only tip our hats to them.
