The 2026 BST Hyde Park line-up keeps getting better and better, with folk trailblazers Mumford & Sons unveiled as the latest headliners for the much-loved UK summer festival.
The ‘Rubber Band Man’ singer-songwriters will take the famous Grand Oak Stage on Saturday, July 4th 2026, with indie favourites The War on Drugs serving as direct support.
Mumford & Sons join the already-announced headlining roster of Garth Brooks, Lewis Capaldi, Maroon 5 and Pitbull, with more big-name acts still yet to be revealed for 2026.
With Mumford & Sons releasing a brand new album, Prizefighter, on February 13th, those lucky enough to get their hands on tickets will be able to see them serenading the crowd with an array of stand-outs from that project - including the hit 2025 single, ‘Rubber Band Man’, featuring a long-awaited collaboration with Hozier.
Attendees will also get to hear Mumford & Sons - comprising Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane and Ben Lovett - performing iconic anthems such as ‘Little Lion Man’ and ‘I Will Wait’.
The British trio are largely responsible for colouring the sound of the current wave of folk hitmakers, with the likes of Noah Kahan and The Lumineers citing Mumford & Sons as key influences. With the Mumford boys having a number of friends in high places (unlike fellow BST headliner, Garth...) we suspect they might have some star-studded guests up their sleeve when they storm onto the stage next summer.
The American Express UK pre-sale starts at 10am this morning (Thursday, November 27th), exclusively available to Amex card-members. This closes at 9am on Thursday, December 4th.
