The first wave of artists have been unveiled for The Long Road Festival 2025, with a slew of heavy-hitters and stellar up-and-comers confirmed for the much-loved UK festival.

Taking place across August 22nd to 24th, The Long Road Festival will welcome Midland and Drake Milligan as the first two headliners for the Stanford Hall, Leicestershire extravaganza.

Fans will be looking forward to hearing neo-traditional trio, Midland, serenading the packed-out Long Road crowd with earworms such as ‘Drinkin’ Problem’, ‘Cheatin’ Songs’ and ‘Mr. Lonely’, along with a selection of highlights from their lauded new album, Barely Blue.

In an official statement shared in tandem with the 2025 Long Road Festival reveal, Midland's frontman, Mark Wystrach, expressed his excitement at the prospect of the band making their UK outdoor festival debut, “Getting to play our first [UK] outdoor festival in a beautiful setting, and getting to be headliners is gonna be amazing”.

Similarly Drake Milligan has established a strong relationship with his UK fans, with the energetic entertainer performing across The Pond on a number of occasions in recent years.

In addition, The Long Road Festival attendees will get to witness spellbinding sets from the likes of Charles Wesley Godwin, Larry Fleet, Evan Honer, Seasick Steve, Alana Springsteen, Gareth, Fantastic Negrito, Elles Bailey, Ashley Monroe and more.

Joining them on the 2025 Long Road bill is Chuck Ragan, Fancy Hagood, Trousdale, Fanny Lumsden, Halle Kearns, Kim Churchill, Rainbow Girls, Will Varley & The Southern Rust, Simeon Hammond Dallas, Steady Habits, Janet Devlin and Jaywalkers.

There will be a return of Rissi Palmer's popular Color Me Country medley, as well as brand new 2025 Long Road Festival stage takeovers from Loose Music and Snakefarm Records.

This edition of The Long Road Festival will be the biggest yet, with the Rhinestone main-stage opening on Friday for the first time. In past years, only the Interstate Stage was accessible on the opening day, with the main-stage only hosting acts on Saturday and Sunday. What's more, there will be a new sixth stage launching at The Long Road in August, with further details to be shared in the coming weeks.

As always, there will be plenty to enjoy aside from the top-tier country and Americana music during The Long Road Festival 2025 weekend, with Stanford Hall grounds once again offering an array of US-inspired street-food and BBQ and craft beers, as well as dedicated line-dancing sessions, campfires, vintage funfair rides, a kids camp, Country-oke, the Lucky Dice Classic Car & Bike show and more.

Tickets to The Long Road Festival 2025 are on-sale now.
