To celebrate the opening night of her first headlining tour, Lainey Wilson has shared a visualiser for her Bell Bottom Country track, ‘Road Runner’.
The bustling, high-octane anthem plays over studio footage recorded during the creation of the song.
Through a black-and-white filter, we see Lainey discussing the song with her producer, before launching into a performance alongside her studio session players.
It's the kind of behind-the-scenes video that fans will no doubt love, offering an insightful peek at the process behind one of the many highlights from Lainey's 2022 album, Bell Bottom Country.
Lainey kicked off her 2023 tour last night in Spokane, Washington, and is set to take her ‘Hillbilly Hippie’ sound across the country over the next few months. In March, the two-time CMA winner is also set to make the trip across the pond for the UK's hotly anticipated C2C Festival 2023.
The release of the ‘Road Runner’ visualiser follows the news that Lainey's Bell Bottom Country is now the No. 1 album in the country on iTunes. Her hit single, ‘Heart Like A Truck’, also sits atop the US iTunes songs chart.
Lainey's burgeoning collection of accolades serves as a testament to the outstanding year the Louisiana native has enjoyed, with the singer-songwriter being tipped by many to become one of the biggest names in the genre in 2023.
