In an official statement, Kenny Chesney has shed some more light on what his No Shoes Nation fanbase can expect when they descend on Las Vegas’ Sphere next week.

The blockbuster residency - which will make Chesney the first ever country artist to headline the innovative, immersive Sphere - is set to kick off on Thursday, May 22nd.

The ‘I Go Back’ hitmaker has offered some further details on the Guitars, Tiki Bars and A Whole Lotta Love pre-show experience, which takes place at The Venetian Resort. The specially curated museum will offer present fans with a plethora of artefacts, memories and interactive moments from Wednesday through to Sunday from 11am to 8pm of show weeks. You don't need a Sphere ticket to visit.

“Vegas is too hot to tailgate”, Kenny Chesney teases, “So we figured we’d bring as much of it indoors as we can. I hear everybody tailgating way more than they know. So many times, I want to just jump on a gator and come out there for the party”.

Chesney underlines that this has evolved into a key element of the electrifying stadium concerts he has become known for over the years, “To not have that energy? I think our shows have always started when the parking lot opens, so consider this your chance”.

The Knoxville native expands how writing his new book with Holly Gleason has unlocked some key memories, “I’ve been in my warehouse, my journals and my hard drives working on Heart*Life*Music, and I’ve found a lot of things that were too cool to leave at home. To be in one place, I can create a world where many of the pictures, the pieces of the puzzle, even the American Kids bus could be part of what we give you to say, ‘thanks for being part of this’ before you come to the show”.

The Guitars, Tiki Bars and A Whole Lotta Love museum will feature a sunny surf shop merchandise stand, with vintage tour tees available, as well as a corn-hole and beer-pong area, in addition to Memory Lane, the Spread the Love Bar and Kenny's Stage.

There's even a spot where you can customise your own Kenny Chesney ball-cap at ‘The Good Stuff’, along with a tropically-minded confessional area where you can drop your deepest secrets into a Message in a Bottle. Adding to the charm and fan-oriented feel is the fact that each station is inspired by one of Chesney's eras.

It ensures the anticipation remains sky-high ahead of Kenny Chesney's Sphere shows, which will include support from Brandi Cyrus. Chesney has just shared a new post expressing how much he's looking forward to the 15-date run, captioned, “Here is your hint to come to Sphere in Vegas No Shoes Nation. We are thrilled to get the party started. Can’t wait for you guys to see it all”. Tantalisingly, ‘You Had To Be There’ collaborator, Megan Moroney, has responded, “Omw” (On my way). We're hoping this is a hint that the much-loved duo might team up for a surprise live debut of their new duet during the Nevada residency.
