Nashville has got to host the Superbowl at some point, right? Jelly Roll certainly thinks so.

With the Superbowl less than a week away, the age old question of whether a country artist will ever headline the halftime show has once again reared it's head.

Now, at the Clive Davis Grammy Pre-Party, country superstar Jelly Roll has waded into the discussion, citing his dream country performance for the biggest match of the year.

"Oh listen, I've been waiting on somebody to ask me a halftime performance question", Jelly admitted, wrapped arm in arm with his wife, Bunnie XO. "I'd love to see a country music halftime show that involved the whole community".

By country music themed, the "Liar" singer is suggesting one momentous party, featuring some of country musics biggest stars from past and present.

"I'd love to see Tim McGraw, I'd love to see Garth Brooks, I'd love to see Reba McEntire, I'd love to see Dolly Parton", JR begins, setting up the lineage from icons into today's brightest acts.

"I would love to see the country legends and some of the new dogs, like Morgan Wallen, HARDY, i'd love to see some of the new guard come in, and Kenny Chesney."

Before Jelly completely wraps it up, Bunnie hopped in with her own picks, "Megan Moroney, Ella Langley, Lainey Wilson, it's time baby" the podcaster stated.

"The superbowl could possibly come to Nashville in the next three to five years, we're getting a new stadium" Jelly stated before revealing his picks for the show.

It's an interesting viewpoint from the 'I Am Not Okay' singer, who has repeatedly stated his desire to be the first artist to play the brand new football stadium when it opens reportedly in 2027. If the Titans were to secure the biggest game of the year once opened, it would be a huge coup not just for the franchise, but the city and state at large.

In a surprising turn of events, it was announced today (February 2) that Jelly Roll would once again join Post Malone on the "Big Ass Stadium Tour, Part Two".

On the bill of dates is a scheduled show at the original Nissan Stadium for this June. It contradicts Jelly's desire to not return to the ground he calls home until the new stadium is erected and open for business. We'll see whether that remains the case, but as it stands, Jelly is heading back to the Nissan this Summer for one last hurrah.
