Hudson Westbrook will release his debut EP, Hudson Westbrook, on November 15, with the fast-emerging singer-songwriter set to drop three new tracks as part of the project.

In addition to the already-released solo singles, ‘House Again’, ‘Dopamine’, ‘Two-Way Drive’ and the viral ‘5 to 9’, Hudson Westbrook's forthcoming EP will feature never-heard-before offerings, ‘Pray Your Name’ and ‘Take Your Time’. The new project will also include Westbrook's cover of fellow Texan Jacob Stelly's ‘Johnny Walker’.

It builds on the momentum garnered by ‘5 to 9’, which surged into Spotify's Viral Top 50 USA chart, solidifying Westbrook's position among country's next wave of up-and-comers.

Speaking ahead of the announcement, the Texas singer-songwriter underlined how quickly everything has changed in recent months, following the immense success of his break-out hit, ‘5 to 9’, “So far, everything has been instant with my music career, and a lot has changed in my life quickly. As an artist, everything around you changes constantly, but the most important thing is keeping constants in your life. Over the last six months, I’ve learned the value of time. When you’re with the people who mean the most to you, it’s important to make the most of it”.

Hudson Westbrook reflected on the creative process behind the project, “When writing these tracks for the EP, I was reflecting on how I pray for the important people in my life, whether we are together or apart. The unwavering support from my fans has given me the confidence to release this project, and I believe these songs truly represent who I am as an artist. I hope they provide a special experience for listeners”.

The Stephenville prodigy is firmly establishing himself within the neo-traditional-leaning section of today's country music scene, with Westbrook's sound combining the classic, steel-soaked feel of ‘90s country icons such as George Strait with the sleeker, polished edges of Parker McCollum. His new Hudson Westbrook EP is set to amplify the buzz that currently surrounds the ‘Take Your Time’ crooner.
