Following his momentous Clemson, South Carolina show announcement last month, George Strait is adding another blockbuster stadium show to the 2026 calendar.
This time around, Strait is returning to his home-state of Texas for a one-night-only set at Lubbock's Jones AT&T Stadium - and he's bringing some country heavyweights with him.
Country powerhouse Miranda Lambert and ‘Painted You Pretty’ prodigy Hudson Westbrook will be opening for the King of Country, aptly making this an all-Texas affair.
The ‘Nobody in His Right Mind Would've Left Her’ hitmaker will be stepping back onto the prestigious Jones AT&T Stadium stage on Saturday, April 25th 2026. Tickets to this momentous show are on-sale from 10am CT on Friday, November 21st 2025.
The Texas icon remains one of the most revered figures in country music history, with the ‘Give It All We Got Tonight’ crooner cementing himself as the undisputed King of Country with his historic Kyle Field show last year. It broke the outdoor US attendance record, at the time, with Zach Bryan then trumping this at Ann Arbor.
We can't wait to be serenaded by timeless Strait country anthems such as ‘All My Ex's Live in Texas’, ‘Carried Away’, ‘Blue Clear Sky’, ‘Troubadour’, ‘Check Yes or No’ and many more.
