Gavin Adcock has been arrested in Oconee, Tennessee, with the ’On One’ singer-songwriter receiving charges for reckless driving and violating open alcohol container laws.
According to documents which have surfaced today, Adcock was arrested by the TN Highway Patrol at 11:15pm last night (Wednesday, May 21st), with bond being set at $1,000.
The Georgia hitmaker was reportedly released in the early hours of the morning on Thursday, May 22nd at 4:34am. Adcock's mugshot has been circulated in tandem with these details.
Further details regarding the incident are yet to be unveiled. Gavin Adcock is due to continue his Need To Tour this weekend with a show lined up in Grant, Oklahoma on May 24th.
It's not the first time Adcock has been arrested, with the ‘Unlucky Strikes’ crooner revealing to fans via X back in 2023 that he was arrested for a suspended license.
Adcock shared, “Went to jail one time because of a suspended license, sat in there for 10 hours and made friends with my cell mates”. At the time of writing, the up-and-coming artist is yet to comment on his Oconee, Tennessee arrest yesterday (May 21st).
