Brandi Carlile has confirmed she will perform a live-stream concert at the Ryman Auditorium.
This will be Carlile’s first full band show in over a year. The show is set to take place at the ‘Mother Church of Country Music’ on March 28th at 7pm CT.
Proceeds made will be split between two organisations; The Rainey Day Fund and Fanny’s School of Music - with a portion also supporting Carlile’s band and crew.
Fans can tune in via Veeps where they will find two ticketing options, ‘general admission’ and a bundle that includes a pre-order of Carlile’s forthcoming memoir ‘Broken Horses’.
Carlile said in the video posted to instagram “I miss playing with my band more than I can say, and I can’t wait to scream out ‘The Joke’ and ‘The Eye’ over drums and strings”.
Carlile has a busy March planned - with the rescheduled Grammy Awards set to take place on March 14th.
She is nominated in two categories: Best Song Written for Visual Media for the song ‘Carried Me With You’ and Best Country Song for ‘Crowded Table’.
She also produced The Secret Sisters album ‘Saturn Return’ which is nominated for Best Folk Album.
Carlile also recently recorded a cover of John Denver's 'Take Me Home, Country Roads' for the new CBS TV show CLARICE.
