“I'm So Excited”: Anne Wilson Looks Ahead to Her First Ever UK Show at Big Church Festival 2026

During her recent interview with Holler, as well as delving into the creation of her lauded new album, Stars, and hinting at her plans for a deluxe, Anne Wilson has shared how much she's looking forward to her first ever run of shows in the UK in 2026.

The Kentucky native has been unveiled as part of the 2026 Big Church Festival line-up, with the much-loved, faith-filled extravaganza also set to welcome Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) stars such as Lecrae, For King & Country and Matthew West.

Taking place at the Wiston Estate in Sussex, Big Church has established itself as the UK's largest annual Christian music festival, with the 2025 instalment welcoming over 30,000 fans to enjoy the likes of Brandon Lake, Phil Wickham and many more.

Speaking to Holler, Wilson underlines how her appearance at Big Church Festival serves as a bucket-list moment, “I'm so excited. I actually went to London for the first time on vacation this summer. I wanted the first time going over there to be for vacation, just to get to see it first. And it was so beautiful. So when I found out I was going to get to play the festival this summer...I'm just so excited about it”.

Excitingly for us, the ‘Rain in the Rearview’ singer-songwriter confirms there are plans to expand this into a tour, “And we are going to add some shows. We haven't decided where yet, but we will definitely be playing a couple other shows over there”.

Over the past few years, Wilson has emerged as one of the leading voices in the intersection between CCM and Country, with her 2024 REBEL album nimbly blurring the lines of these two genres. Wilson has consolidated her pivotal role as a flag-bearer of both genre with her latest project, Stars, which finds the ‘My Jesus’ crooner digging even deeper and getting more candid than ever with her loyal fanbase.

We can't wait to hear Wilson delivering her rousing, galvanising catalogue of soul-stirring, spiritually-minded anthems when she steps onto the Big Church Festival 2026 stage, and we hope this is the first of many UK trips for the ‘God Story’ phenom...
