Port Fairy Folk Festival, one of Australia’s largest and most beloved festivals, is returning to Port Fairy, Victoria from March 8-11, 2024.
Featuring a multi-venue main arena, free entertainment, exhibitions, community market, interactive workshops, themed concerts and showcases, great food and more, the 2024 installment will feature a wide array of talent from the folk community all over the world.
Among the acts set to grace the stage throughout the weekend are Australian natives like Alice Skye, Damon Smith, Sarah Blasko, Teeny Tiny Stevies, Queenie, Fanny Lumsden, Kate Miller-Heidke, The Merindas, Sons of the East, Cool Out Sun, The Little Stevies and Nigel Wearne.

The lineup will also feature artists from other corners of the world, including Norway's Gangar, Finland's Teho, Scotland's Gnoss and several Irish performers, such as Lorraine Nash, Daoirí Farrell, Luka Bloom and Sharon Shannon Big Band.
Elsewhere, the festival will see plenty of English talent from Cam Cole, Good Habits and Ralph McTell, as well as John Craigie, Ondara, Graham Nash and Judy Collins from the United States.
Beginning in 1977, the Port Fairy Folk Festival has spent the better part of 50 years celebrating some of the best in folk & roots music.
The not-for-profit event exists to support the local community with money allocated to support community groups and infrastructure, including the Moyne Health Service, Belfast Aquatic Centre, Port Fairy Surf Lifesaving Club, The Men’s Shed and others.
