The Rolling Stones are going on tour and they're taking some of country's finest along for the ride.

The legendary rock outfit will see support from an array of talent on the U.S. leg of their upcoming Hackney Diamonds tour and among those acts will be some of the country genre's biggest hitmakers.

Tyler Childers, the Red Clay Strays, Lainey Wilson and The War and Treaty are all included on the bill, set to guest star alongside Mick Jagger and company.

It seems The Stones may be tipping their hats to country's latest sensations, but it wasn't long ago that the country genre paid homage to the rock greats. In the spring of 2023, Nashville banded together to countrify some of the band's biggest hits, compiling Stoned Cold Country, a 14-track love letter to the rockers and their influence.

Wilson was among the artists on the collection paying tribute. She delivered a brilliant rendition of the band's sneering 1969 opus ‘You Can’t Always Get What You Want’. Come summer, maybe we'll see her tackle the tune alongside the legends.

The Rolling Stones' Hackney Diamonds tour will kick off on April 28 and come to a close in mid-July, seeing the band take on stadiums and arenas across North America.
