Notching a fifth nonconsecutive week atop the UK Radio Country Airplay chart is Bailey Zimmerman & Luke Combs' uplifting single, 'Backup Plan.'
Set to be featured on Zimmerman's forthcoming record, Different Night Same Rodeo, the uplifting track was released on May 2, though it was first teased all the way back in January. With the two country titans trading verses to encourage the listener to keep chasing their dreams, no matter the obstacles in their way, the song marks its third consecutive week atop the UK survey.
Filling the remainder of this week's Top 5 are Tucker Wetmore's '3,2,1,' Jelly Roll's 'Heart of Stone,' Riley Green's 'Worst Way' and Miranda Lambert & Chris Stapleton's 'A Song To Sing.'
Elsewhere, this week's Top 20 sees some Jordan Davis' 'Bar None' rising 7 spots to crack the Top 10, as well as Nate Smith's 'Fix What You Didn't Break' and Morgan Wallen's 'I'm The Problem' re-entering the chart's upper ranks.
The UK Radio Country Airplay chart is the first genre-specific radio chart in the country, and is produced by Radiomonitor and the CMA's UK Task Force. The data is compiled from several UK country radio stations, including Absolute Radio Country, BBC Radio 2 - The Country Show with Bob Harris, CountryLine, Downtown Country Radio and Smooth Country Radio.
