Morgan Wallen is set to embark on his 2025 I'm the Problem Tour, a 20-stadium jaunt that kicks off on Friday, June 20th with a double-header at Houston's NRG Stadium.
Ahead of the North American trek, which will see him accompanied by stars like Miranda Lambert, Koe Wetzel, Ella Langley, Gavin Adcock and others, the 'You Proof' hitmaker has been teasing what fans can expect from the upcoming shows' setlist.
Shared exclusively with Apple Music, Wallen offered up a near-30-song set, featuring deep cuts and fan favorites, as well as an array of standouts from his latest album, I'm the Problem.
But of course, it was never going to be that simple. Shortly after dropping the setlist, the Sneedville megastar then adjusted it, leaving fans wondering if he was hinting he'd be playing a completely different set across each night - particularly when he's booked back-to-back shows at the same venue, as is the case in Houston.
Then, Morgan Wallen changed the setlist a third time, adding in more stand-outs from his new album, I'm the Problem, such as ‘Eyes Are Closed’, ‘Number 3 and Number 7’ and ‘Falling Apart’. It ensures the sense of anticipation is sky-high ahead of his NRG Stadium double-header, when the setlist will finally become a little clearer.
There are 13 songs that have remained constant across all the updates, including ‘Kick Myself’, ‘I'm the Problem’, ‘20 Cigarettes’, ‘I Got Better’, ‘Love Somebody’, ‘Cowgirls’, ‘Kiss Her In Front Of You’, ‘Superman’, ‘This Bar’, ‘Cover Me Up’, ‘Last Night’, ‘Just in Case’ and - of course - ‘Whiskey Glasses’, so we imagine these will feature at every show, with Wallen adding in others depending on the night.
Although it doesn't feature in this latest edition of the Apple Music setlist, we suspect Wallen will be doing his signature pre-show walk-out to the electric soundtrack of ‘Broadway Girls’ with Lil Durk and ‘WHISKEY WHISKEY’ with Moneybagg Yo.
Wallen, for much of this summer and into the fall, will undoubtedly be treating concertgoers to the unforgettable good times he's become known for. According to Apple Music, he says he's been hard at work preparing to give it his all while out on the road.
“I spend months at this point getting ready to get on tour, just getting in shape," he shared with the streaming platform. "I don’t have to be in any kind of crazy shape to record in the studio. With how big my stage is, how much I run around and how much effort that me and the guys put into it, I don’t think you would know that by just listening to my record”. From those thrilling, cinematic walk-outs to his dynamic encores, fans are surely in for a treat all tour long.
