The days are slowly but surely getting longer and hotter, and the talent at the Grand Ole Opry is heating up, too!
As the official home of country music adds more and more nights of programming to their monthly calendars, the hallowed stage will play host to yet another spread of artists, as well as welcome a handful of acts to the circle for the very first time.
Notching its 100th anniversary this year, the Opry is ringing in the centennial celebration with 100 debuts this year, with May slated to feature first-time appearances from Ron Pope on May 10, The Band Loula on May 23 and Anderson East on May 24.
Also on the calendar for May will be a one-of-a-kind tribute to country trailblazer Loretta Lynn on May 13. Featuring performances from the likes of Crystal Gayle, Martina McBride, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Emmy Russell and Twitty & Lynn, the evening will celebrate one of the genre's leading ladies and most iconic figures.
As ever, the Grand Ole Opry will showcase some of the genre's best and brightest, including modern hitmakers like Wyatt Flores, Kaitlin Butts, Restless Road, Amanda Shires, Emily Ann Roberts and more.
The stage will also see tried and true entertainers from over the years, with stalwarts like Old Crow Medicine Show, Neal McCoy, Bill Anderson, Vince Gill, Connie Smith, The Isaacs and others slated to perform this May.
