Anderson East continues his ongoing funk-ification on his new single 'Drugs', which comes with a brand new, crazed music video.

In the visual, East keeps up his fictional MDLYN Corp. salesman persona - something he started last month with his first video 'Madelyn'.

In 'Drugs,' he supplies the video's characters with drinks and seasonings to get stronger, live longer and shoot the perfect hole-in-one on the golf course.

East explained that he was driving around Los Angeles with a friend one day when inspiration struck. "We got stuck in the seemingly always-present traffic and started talking about what all was happening around us," he shared in a tweet.

'Drugs' and 'Madelyn' both appear on East's forthcoming album Maybe We Never Die, out August 20th. East worked with producer Dave Cobb once again. The two previously teamed for East's 2015 album Delilah.

Beginning in October, East will be touring behind the album with special guests Foy Vance, Blendigo Fletcher and Savannah Conley. His tour includes a stop at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on November 12th.

Tickets go on sale Friday, May 21st at 10 a.m local time.

Fans can text the MDLYN Corp. number that's appeared in East's teaser videos, 615-551-1231, and receive a code to purchase pre-sale tickets.
