The celebrated Norwegian country music festival, Norsk Countrytreff, is taking over the quaint city of Breim once again from July 10-14, 2024.
Across its two stages, this year's attendees are in for a treat with headlining performances teed up from the likes of iconic band Asleep at the Wheel, reigning CCMA Entertainer of the Year Jade Eagleson and Norwegian natives Vassendgutane.
Elsewhere throughout the extended weekend, country and Americana talent from all around Norway and beyond will also be taking the stages, including Hellbillies, The Kody Norris Show, Jonas Fjeld, Chris Kläfford, Rotlaus, Crashville, Bad Brooks, Kinsey Rose & The Boots Band, Kruttrøyk and Jens-Petter Dyrdal, among others.

Counting over 21,000 attendees in 2023, fans were wowed by sets from established stars like Dale Watson and Josh Turner, who performed his first concert in Scandinavia, as well as Misery and Company, Country Cult, The Northern Belle, Nick Chandler & Delivered, Byting, Gunslingers and more.
First launched in 1995 with Bobby Bare as its headliner, the festival has been held every year except for 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Over the years, several major headliners have graced the Norsk Countrytreff stage, including global stars like Charley Pride, Tanya Tucker, Marty Stuart, Emmylou Harris, Vince Gill, the Bellamy Brothers, Ricky Skaggs, Pam Tillis, Patty Loveless, Gene Watson, Rhonda Vincent, Mark Chesnutt, Carlene Carter, Don Williams and Connie Smith.
