Amy Speace has shared a new video for 'Hallelujah Train' today.

Premiering exclusively at Holler, the song is taken from her upcoming album There Used To Be Horses Here, which is set for release on April 30th via Proper Records / Wind Bone Records.

On the record, the award-winning songwriter pulls directly from her own memories of childhood, coming of age in New York City and losing a parent whilst learning to become one herself, marking what will perhaps become the most personal and revealing release of her career thus far.

Discussing the track, Speace said, "'Hallelujah Train' was the 2nd song I wrote with The Orphan Brigade. I came to the session with the title and knew I wanted to write about a funeral train, and wanted it to reflect the gospel joy of crossing over."

Guided by Speace's powerful and commanding voice, the song is a heartfelt and uplifting offering that confidently nods towards the kind of songwriting prowess that we can expect from the album in its entirety.

There Used To Be Horses Here is out on April 30th via Proper Records/Wind Bone Records.
