Grace Derbyshire

Grace is a London-based music journalist currently pursuing a Master's in Music Business at BIMM London's campus. She holds bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and English literature from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Following her Bachelor's degree, Grace launched her career in media relations in Washington D.C., where she worked at the international PR firm MSL. During her time in Paris, Grace diversified her expertise, working in digital marketing and higher education. She served as an adjunct lecturer at EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication, teaching media relations and copywriting to first and second-year university students.

As a music journalist, Grace has contributed to various esteemed publications, including Songwriting Magazine, AFX Radio, Housenest, and Building Our Own Nashville.

Beyond her journalism, Grace is also a co-writer and topliner, being named twice "One to Watch" by the Nashville Songwriting Association International. Grace enjoys assisting artists in crafting compelling narratives through their lyrics, thereby forging deeper connections with their audiences.
