Summerfest 2022: Line-Up, Dates and Tickets

It’s not all country music and Americana round here. We like to rock out a little too, and get all smooth and funky now and then. So this year’s Summerfest has the perfect line-up for us.

Headliners include Justin Bieber, Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Wu-Tang Clan, Backstreet Boys, Willow, The Black Crowes, Rod Stewart, Charli XCX, Steve Miller Band and Violent Femmes.

We know that’s probably not why you’re here though, so joining them will be Holler regulars like Thomas Rhett, Jason Aldean, Gabby Barrett, Russell Dickerson, Jason Isbell, Dustin Lynch, Son Volt, Niko Moon, Priscilla Block, Rhett Atkins, Ryan Hurd, and Erin Kinsey.

Officially billed in the Guinness Book of World Records as The World's Largest Music Festival, this lakeside festival takes place over 11 days each year on the shores of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nearly 900,000 people attend to watch more than 800 bands perform on 11 stages.

In the past, Summerfest has spread their acts over 2 weekends, but this year will see the festival spread out over 3 weekends.

Summerfest 2022 dates as are follows: 23-25th June, 30th June-2nd July and 7-9th July.

There are a variety of different ticketing options.

Summerfest General Admission / Multiday Passes allow access to the Summerfest grounds and festival stages during operating hours (Noon-Midnight). Summerfest General Admission tickets and passes are are NOT valid for admission to American Family Insurance Amphitheater shows.

A separate American Family Insurance Amphitheater ticket is required for Amphitheater, including Jason Aldean, Justin Bieber, Machine Gun Kelly, Halsey, Rod Stewart, Thomas Rhett and their supporting acts.

There are also passes available for BMO Reserved seating and the Level Up Viewing Deck. For more details on all the different tickets and passes click here.

You are welcome to take an umbrella to the festival, but sadly no wagons this year. Or kites, frisbees or hula-hoops. You’ll have to just put your hobbies on hold for a week or two. For more details of what you can and can’t bring, and anything else, Click here.
